As the summer sun reaches its fullest expression, we invite you to join us for a beautiful afternoon of connection, reflection and renewal.
June Yoga and Free Living Co come together to celebrate the Summer Solstice, a time of illumination, vitality and the turning of the seasons. An opportunity to honour the light around us, reconnect with the light within and acknowledge the rhythms of nature.
Through nurturing Yin Yoga, connection with the four directions, water ritual and an immersive sound bath, we'll journey through movement, energy and stillness.
The Experience
Yin Yoga | Honouring the Directions
Daisy will guide you through a nourishing Yin Yoga practice as we honour the four directions and their connection to the natural world. Through gentle, supported postures and moments of reflection, you'll be invited to slow down, turn inward and explore your connection to the elements and the changing seasons. Rebecca will be complementing your restorative practice with Reiki.
Water Ritual
Working with water as a symbolic vessel for intention, we'll take time to reflect on what we wish to nurture, illuminate and bring into fuller expression.
Through a guided intention-setting practice, you'll connect with the energy of the Summer Solstice and create a special keepsake.
Reiki-Infused Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Rest deeply as the celestial tones and harmonics of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, accompanied by other carefully chosen instruments, fill the space.
Reiki will be woven throughout the sound journey, inviting deep relaxation, energetic balance and connection with yourself.
Allow the sounds to wash over you, the body to soften and the mind to become still.
Celebrating the Light Within
The Summer Solstice reminds us of the abundance of light, the natural cycles of growth and change, and the importance of finding balance between outward expression and inner stillness.
This afternoon is an invitation to honour where you are, celebrate what has grown and reconnect with what you wish to nurture next.
No previous yoga, meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to slow down, connect and receive.

What to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, bolster or cushions, eye pillow/mask and anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable and cosy throughout the Yin Yoga and sound bath experiences. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
