Your Reset Facilitator
Free Living Co. blends Reiki with personalised wellness guidance to support a holistic path to wellbeing. Led by Rebecca, a certified Integrative Nutritionist and Usui-Tibetan Reiki Master, each session is designed to build self-awareness, restore emotional balance, and support nervous system regulation for lasting wellbeing.
Rebecca brings over 15 years of study in integrative nutrition, personal development, psychic awareness, psychology and energy healing into her work. Her approach recognises that true wellbeing arises when the body, mind, and energetic system are brought back into balance.
Through Reiki and Nervous System Awareness Education, Rebecca supports clients in reconnecting with their own inner intelligence. Sessions are designed to gently release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and create space for greater clarity, resilience, and personal alignment.
Rebecca works directly with the layers of the subtle body, using intuitive energetic perception to locate and remove energetic blockages within the system. This process supports deep energetic clearing and restoration, allowing the body’s natural intelligence to return to balance.
Each session is unique, responding to what is present in the individual at the time.
Based in Lower Shotover, Queenstown, Rebecca offers sessions in her private Reiki space as well as distance sessions for clients around the world.
Free Living Co. was created as a space where people can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves — returning to a state of greater balance, awareness, and wellbeing.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese characters: Rei, meaning universal or spiritual wisdom, and Ki, meaning life-force energy — the vital energy that flows through all living things.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels this universal life-force energy through their hands to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. The experience is deeply relaxing and is often described as calming to the nervous system, helping to release energetic blockages and encourage a state of emotional and physical harmony.
Reiki works with the body’s subtle energy field, supporting the flow of energy through the system so that the body can return to its natural state of balance and wellbeing.
Rebecca practices within the Usui–Tibetan lineage of Reiki, a tradition that traces back to Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki in Japan. The Usui system was later brought to the West and expanded through Tibetan influences, incorporating additional symbols, meditative practices, and techniques for working with subtle energy.
The Usui–Tibetan tradition honours both the original teachings of Dr. Usui and the evolution of Reiki as a holistic healing art. It focuses on cultivating presence, intuitive awareness, and the practitioner’s connection to universal life-force energy in order to support deep energetic restoration.

Energy is not limited by physical distance. Just as we can feel the presence or intention of someone thinking of us from far away, Reiki can be directed beyond time and space through focused intention.
During a distance session, you simply relax in a comfortable place while the practitioner works with your energy field remotely. Many people report experiencing the same sensations as in-person sessions, such as warmth, deep relaxation, or a sense of energetic movement.
Distance Reiki allows the work to reach you wherever you are, supporting balance and restoration without the need to travel.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that works by channeling universal life-force energy through the practitioner to support balance and relaxation within the body’s energy system.
Subtle Energy Field Work goes deeper into the layers of the energetic field surrounding the body. In these sessions, intuitive awareness is used to perceive and clear energetic blockages, imprints, or stagnant patterns held within the subtle body.
While Reiki supports restoration and flow of life-force energy, Subtle Energy Field Work focuses on identifying and removing deeper energetic disturbances so the system can return to greater coherence and alignment.
Both approaches support the body’s natural ability to restore balance, but they work with the energy field in slightly different ways.

During a Reiki session, you simply lie down comfortably and allow yourself to relax while the practitioner works with your energy field. Sessions are deeply calming and many people experience a sense of warmth, gentle movement of energy, or profound relaxation.
Each session is unique and responds to what your body and energy system need in the moment. The intention is to support the release of energetic blockages, restore balance within the nervous system, and allow your body to return to a natural state of harmony.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently, but most people report feeling deeply relaxed, calm, and more centred after a session. Some notice a sense of clarity, emotional release, or a renewed feeling of balance within their body and mind.
Because Reiki works with the body’s natural healing processes, the effects can continue to unfold in the hours or days following a session as the nervous system integrates the work.
It’s recommended to drink plenty of water, allow yourself time to rest if possible, and simply notice how your body and energy feel as they settle into a new state of balance.

To receive the deepest benefit from your session, it’s recommended to avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 72 hours beforehand, as these substances can affect the energetic and nervous system processes that the work supports.
Before your session, you will be asked to complete a short intake form so we can better understand your intentions and how best to support you.
You will be guided to listen to a curated playlist by Rebecca prior to the session, should it resonate with you to listen while receiving. This can help create a calm and receptive state within the nervous system before the work begins.
Arrive at your session well hydrated and, if possible, allow yourself a little time beforehand to slow down and settle. Simply come as you are, ready to relax and receive.

No. While in-person sessions are offered in Lower Shotover, Queenstown, many sessions are conducted at a distance and can be received from anywhere in the world. Distance sessions allow the work to take place without the need for travel, while still supporting the same energetic processes.

For the work to reach the deepest levels of the energetic and nervous system, it’s important that the body and mind are clear and stable. Alcohol and recreational substances can temporarily alter the nervous system and the subtle energy field, which may limit how deeply the work can take place.
For this reason, clients are asked to avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 72 hours before their session. This allows your system to be clear and receptive so the work can unfold in the most supportive way.
