Your Wellness Facilitator

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by energy, spirituality, health, and what it truly means to be well and feel free.

Free Living Co. is the natural evolution of that journey — a space where ancient wisdom, modern understanding, and lived experience come together to support healing, personal growth, and a deeper connection with yourself.

My intention is not to tell you who to become, but to create a space where you can rediscover who you have always been. This philosophy shapes my approach.

My one-to-one work includes Reiki healing, Deep Auric Clearing, nervous system coaching and intuitive readings. I also offer Reiki training and development mentoring, and facilitate Reiki-infused sound immersions, retreats and wellness events.

Through this work, I support clients and students to release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with their own inner intelligence.

I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Wellness Practitioner and Clairvoyant with a deep interest in energy, consciousness, quantum physics, and the intuitive dimensions of healing.

Each session, training, and event responds to what is present in the moment, creating space for greater clarity, resilience, personal alignment, and energetic restoration.

Based in Lower Shotover, Queenstown, New Zealand, I work with clients in person from my private Reiki space and remotely with people around the world. Training, mentoring and group experiences are offered throughout the year.

Free Living Co. was created as a space where people can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves — returning to a state of greater balance, awareness, and wellbeing.
