    Structured with three clarity and integration phases — giving you space to understand what is happening, and support as you begin to apply it.

    Across the series, we move through three key stages, each followed by a dedicated integration session to support what arises.

    We begin by exploring your nervous system, health patterns, and the cycles that may be keeping you stuck.

    Session 2: Integration
    A supportive space to process what has come up, ask questions, and begin applying what you are learning.

    Session 3: Health & Lifestyle Review We take a practical look at your current habits, lifestyle, and supplements — simplifying your approach and refining what is truly supportive.

    Session 4: Integration
    A space to reflect, adjust, and support your body as changes begin to take effect.

    Session 5: Breaking Cycles & Moving Forward
    We bring together what you’ve learned, identify remaining patterns, and create a clear, grounded direction forward.

    Session 6: Integration & Consolidation
    A final session to support integration, reinforce what is working, and ensure you feel confident moving forward independently.
